In our end of tenancy cleaning, we don’t normally clean walls. This is because when treated the paint may come off.
Cleaning the windows from outside is not a requirement for an end of tenancy cleaning. However, we can clean your windows externally for an additional charge and only if we can reach them without using a ladder
Our end of tenancy cleaners can respond to urgent enquiries and often able to attend on the same day.
In short, NO. Our end of tenancy cleaners will bring everything they need including cleaning materials and equipment and will not charge you any extra charges such as parking. Our cleaning is also not limited in time, which means that we wont charge you any extra if we need to spend a little bit extra time at your property.

Yes, of course. We only need someone to let our end of tenancy cleaners in and ideally come at the end to check the cleaning and make a payment. If that’s not feasible, upon completion we can close the door behind. We can also collect keys from estate agents for a small fee
Our end of tenancy cleaning is not charged per hour but per job. Please provide as much information as possible when making booking, so we can give you the most accurate quote.
Our end of tenancy cleaner’s work any day of the week from 08am to 10pm including Public and Bank holidays. Please note that a surcharge of £10 is applicable for appointments to be carried out on Sundays and Bank Holidays
For most of our cleanings we don’t charge up front payments. However, for bigger jobs we may require 10% upfront payment to secure the booking.
Cleaning of ovens, and other kitchen appliances e.g. fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine are all included in our end of tenancy cleaning service.
Please note that the freezer needs to be defrosted before our arrival. The cleaning team will not be able to defrost your freezer
Please note that we would need at least 3 business days to arrange a re-clean
